Water, air, and soil gas are engineered as one system before construction begins. The science is not a feature. It is the method.
Verification with a defined scope
Testing and documentation are agreed for each project. They may include concrete testing, airtightness, indoor-air and radon testing. Embedded monitoring is available on select projects, with the applicable records handed to the owner.
Real numbers early
Discuss the working budget early, make assumptions and allowances visible, and update the figures as design, site information and selections develop.
