Modern board-and-batten ranch
A long, low ranch in dark board-and-batten with a walkout to the prairie. Vaulted living space, a bright working kitchen, and white-oak built-ins throughout, comfort engineered for Chinook swings and deep cold alike.

Modern lakefront custom home
A grey-brick and black standing-seam home on a rock-cut lakefront lot: in-slab radiant heat over an engineered drainage plane, inside a high-performance envelope. Documented across four seasons.

Board-and-batten lakefront walkout
A dark board-and-batten home with a natural stone base and a glass-railed walkout over the water. Built on a Nudura ICF foundation for a warm, dry, airtight lower level, documented from the poured basement through framing to the finished elevations.

Charred-cedar modern home
A blackened-cedar modern home wrapped in a true high-performance envelope: ZIP System air barrier, continuous exterior insulation on a ventilated rain screen, and an all-electric heat-pump plant.

Steel-frame lakefront A-frame
A steel and stick-framed A-frame rising from a rock outcrop over the lake, wrapped in a fully taped, vapour-open envelope and finished in dark standing seam with a screened porch on the water. Documented from the waterproofed foundation, through the insulated radiant slab, to golden hour on the finished home.

Timber-frame lakefront farmhouse
Board-and-batten on the water, under a standing-seam steel roof, with an exposed timber-frame entry over a stone base. Built in ICF from the footings to the roofline for a warm, quiet, airtight shell, documented from the first excavation to the finished great room.

Bright modern farmhouse
Light-filled and clean-lined: a wall of windows over wide-plank floors, a honed-marble fireplace, and two working kitchens rebuilt around long islands. Simple materials, precisely detailed.

Neoclassical estate renovation
A grand columned estate taken back to the studs: a white-and-navy chef's kitchen, book-matched marble baths, a restored curved stair, and custom walnut dressing rooms, with fully modern services behind the heritage character.

Full-home transformation
A dated family home taken to the studs and reimagined as a warm, open-plan main floor: a white kitchen with a navy island and brass pendants flowing into a dry-stacked stone fireplace great room, plus a spa-grade primary bath in navy, marble, and matte black. New layout, new services, same footprint.

Spa-grade bath renovation
A primary suite rebuilt as a spa, and the renovation carried through the main floor: marble tile, a freestanding tub beneath a backlit ocean mural, a frameless glass shower, a tiled fireplace wall under new skylights, and a re-imagined entry.

Union Street addition
A two-storey addition across the back of a brick two-storey: the aging sunroom removed, new footings and drainage cut in tight to the existing foundation, and a board-and-batten volume with a full-width cedar deck opening the house to the yard.

Body shop & warehouse renovation
A working dealership and warehouse renovated in place: new glass-front offices, showroom, and boardroom rebuilt within the existing steel shell, and warehouse space converted to bright, finished suites.

Medical clinic & student residences
A limestone heritage property extended with a purpose-built addition: twelve medical exam rooms with three student apartments above, on an engineered ICF foundation over a full drainage plane.

Commercial fit-out & office suites
Office buildings, retail plazas, and tenant fit-outs, managed with the same documentation and budget control we bring to homes.
