Land and setting
Share the location, ownership status, available site information and what draws you to the property. Access, grading, servicing and site constraints can influence the design and scope.

A home should feel personal in the way it looks, the way it lives and the way it performs. MAE connects those priorities through careful planning and coordinated construction.
How you gather, where you find quiet, the light you want to wake up to. Those choices belong in the same conversation as your site, budget and long-term comfort.
We build ground-up custom homes in Calgary, Cochrane, Bearspaw, Springbank and the surrounding acreage communities. Whether you are considering land, developing a concept or already working with an architect, share where you are in the process.

Outline your spaces, priorities, design direction and any drawings or inspiration. Identify what matters most before trying to decide every finish.
Discuss a working range and clarify what it includes. Separate land, design, construction, site work, landscaping and other project costs, then refine the plan as information develops.
No. The enquiry form accommodates early planning as well as developed plans. Tell us whether you own land, are considering a property or already have drawings, so the conversation starts at the right stage.
Yes. MAE's construction management services include projects with architects and developed plans. Share your team's involvement and what support you need so responsibilities can be discussed clearly.
State whether your range covers construction only or the wider project. Land, design, engineering, approvals, site work, servicing, interiors and landscaping may need separate allowances. A useful first discussion makes those assumptions explicit; it is not a fixed quotation.
The schedule depends on design readiness, site conditions, approvals, scope and material selections. Share your preferred timing at the outset. The process page explains the stages to coordinate before and during construction; a project-specific schedule needs those details.
The testing and documentation requirements are established for each project. See The MAE Method for the approach, then discuss which measures apply to your home. Embedded monitoring is available on select projects, not automatically included in every scope.
Your location, priorities and approximate budget are a useful place to start. Plans and inspiration are welcome, but not required.
