Intake and consultation
Share your goals, site, plans and approximate budget through our project enquiry form. We use those details to make the first conversation focused and useful.
Design and budget alignment
We discuss the working budget early and align the design with your priorities. Estimates, allowances and assumptions are reviewed as site information, drawings and selections develop, so you can understand the cost implications of each decision.
Engineering and permits
The MAE Method is engineered into the drawings before a shovel touches ground. Drainage, radon collection, structure, and the envelope are designed together and carried through permitting as one coordinated set.
Construction
Your build runs to a milestone schedule with photo documentation from footing to finish. You have one point of contact throughout, so you always know who to call and where the project stands.
Keys in hand, proof in writing
We walk the finished home together, room by room, and hand over the project records agreed for your build. These may include airtightness results, radon readings, concrete testing and construction photographs. Testing and documentation requirements are established for the project's scope.
