Opening up a house is the one chance to correct what is behind the drywall. When a renovation touches the envelope, the foundation, or the mechanical systems, we build those areas to the same standard we build new.

Site visit and scope
We walk the home, look at what is behind the finishes, and agree on what the project actually includes.
Step 02
Budget, drawings, and permits
Real numbers against a defined scope, with engineering and permits coordinated where the work requires them.
Step 03
Construction
A milestone schedule, protected work areas, coordinated trades, and photo documentation as things are closed in.
Step 04
Close-out
Deficiency review, warranty information, and the documentation package for the work that was done.
